Aromatic argument

The image of the naked girl is delicate, light and natural. The expert who comments the work, presents her as a nymph. Greek mythology describes the nymphs as divinities of the nature. For the description of the work, we know that the girl is near the Seine river, and for this reason we could describe her as  a  Naiada, that personifies fresh water. This shepherdess has all the representative atributes of this type of deity: youth, beauty, joviality…these qualities can be attributed to the white tea. The subtle aroma of the young leaves and the first shoots arised in the spring and full of glucose that they need for their development, transport us to the sweetness of youth. In the skin of the girl we can intuit the hair of the shoots, wich gives them the characteristic whitish appearance, this tea is aromatically sweet, light and fresh.

The shepherdess remains on a vegetation carpet. Plants, flowers and fresh grass wrap her around and her naked skin retains the moisture of the nearby river. The lemon verbena with its markedly citrus aroma, it transmits this sensation and its essential oils (Geranium and Linalol) provide (respectively) the floral and slightly mentoled aroma that places us in this landscape.

The pink tones of the shepherdess’s body together with the redness of her lips appear like a rose, for the beauty that symbolizes the flower and for the health that the girl transmits.

The peach gives us floral and sweet aeromas, almost of honey. In its structure we can perceive the sinuosity and harmony of the forms of the young shepherdess’s body, her skin shows us how it was the soft velvet of the fruits’s surface. Peach symbolizes what is innocent and childish. For the Chinese culture it symbolizes immortality, like the feeling that gives the youth, something that will never end.
