The management of the Carmen Thyssen Museum in Andorra has proposed l’infús the possibility to participate in an exciting and attractive project: to obtain, through the works of the great masters of art, an aromatic description inspired by the paintings in the exhibition.
The project has been developed jointly with the creative team of the Museum and the head of the production department of l’infus. Thanks to the knowledge provided by the managers of the artistic fund, the history of art, the exhibited pieces, the life of its creators and different aspects related to painting, the sommelier has had enough information for, with all the inspiration received by the contemplation of so much beauty and the warmth of the treatment of the Museum team, composing the infusions that we present below:
Lime blossom, flowers, and aromatic herbs infusion.The packaging presents the Vedutism masterpiece “Capriccio with Colonnade in the Interior of a Palace” ca. 1765, of Canaletto. Ingredients: linden, orange blossom, mint and lemon balm.
Infusion of red tea or pu-erh with mango, fruits and flowers.The packaging presents the Post-impressionism masterpiece “Coming and going, Martinique”, 1887, of Paul Gauguin. Ingredients: Pu-erh, dried raisins, hibiscus, papaya dices /papaya,sugar), elder flower berries, pineapple flakes, mango flakes, coconut shavings, aroma, lyophilized yogurt granules (skim milk yogurt, maltodextrin, starch, acidifying agent: citric acid), wild strawberry leaves, sunflower petals, currants and blueberries.
Infusion of white tea and linden.The packaging presents the masterpiece of the Dutch Golden Century Painting, “Dune landscape with Cottage and figures” of Jan Josephsz Van Goyen, 1629. Ingredients: Bai Mudan white tea and linden.
Infusion of cocoa bean with honeybush and ginger.The packaging presents the work of the Barcelonan painter setted up in Paris of the Belle Époque, Gaspar Miró i Lleó, “París street”, s.d.
Ingredients: Small pieces of cocoa bean, honeybush, small pieces of ginger, fennel seeds and aroma.
Infusion of green tea with flowers and spices.The packaging presents the Orphism masterpiece “Portuguese Woman (the large Portuguese)” , 1916, Robert Delaunay. Ingredients: Green tea, orange peel, vanilla, orange blossom, sunflower petals and jasmine.
Infusion of white tea with fruits, herbs and flowers.The packaging presents the Impressionism masterpiece “Reclining Nude Shepherdess”, 1891, of Berthe Morisot. Ingredients: White tea, peach, lemon verbena and roses.
Blue or oolong tea with green tea and flowers.The packaging presents the picture of Albert Bierstadt "Street in Nassau", ca. 1877-1880. Ingredients: Oolong tea and green tea, aroma, roses (Damask Rose) and Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile).
Infusion of black tea with spices.The packaging presents the Belle Époque masterpiece “The dressmaker in Les Champs Elysées”,s.d. of Jean Béraud. Ingredients: Black tea, vanilla, anise, cardamom, ginger,black pepper, cinnamon,fennel, clove and chicory.
Hibiscus infusion with peppermint and fruits.The packaging presents the work of the Argentinian painter Mercedes Lasarte, “Tita, Los Ángeles”, 1980.
Ingredients: Hibiscus, peppermint, roasted apple pieces, rose hip, cherries, aroma, pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid), raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), lyophilized strawberry slices and lyophilized raspberries.
