White tea

White teas are the most delicate and the least processed of all kinds of tea.

They are generally gentle and lightweight with little body and color, but with a very interesting complexity as they are tender shoots and young leaves that sprout after resting all the winter and that are full of nutrients and a big amount of glucose that it gives a sweet and delicate flavor.
