Aromatic argument
A popular artist with a great passion for portraying the life flowing in the streets of Paris, he brings us to take into account one of the great ingredients of the French gastronomic tradition, the cocoa. In the famous cafes of Paris this product could be consumed, equally refined but more popular and accessible than in the restaurants. The cafes of the time also were represented by artists and writers in their works.
Influenced by the essayist and innovative spirit of the Belle Epoque, we add to the blend ginger and fennel, hopping that the slight citrus note and the spicy touch of the ginger associated to the balsamic sweetness of the fennel will give a sophisticated air to the characteristic astringency of cocoa.
