Ingredients: thyme, sage, melisse and elderflower.
Citrus and floral infusion, the fresh and balsamic smell of the thyme that the “sometent” (tipically Catalan civil defense group of self – protection and defense of the land, of medieval origin) probably could have smelled on June 6, 1808 at Bruc, releasing the volatile compounds thanks to the heat. The thyme adds to the composition the caraterstic pine wood aroma of one of its substances. The benefits of the sage are presente by the intensely balsamic aromas that provide sweet and camphorated notes. The melisse participates with citrus touches and the elderflower with scented floral notes.
